Endive Flower with Cucumber Salad

Israeli salad and cucumber salad are classic staples in any home.To create a special look try this simple, easy to create endive flower.

You will need:

  • endives
  • Israeli, or cucumber salad
  • turnip
Directions for Rose:
  1. Peel turnip.
  2. Use your peeler to create long strip of turnip.
  3. Roll the strip  continuosly to form rose-secure with toothpick.
  4. Soak rose in beet juice for a couple of hours.

Arrange endives in a flower design and fill with salad. Place rose in center of endive flower.
